		<description>You are so right you have ‘hit the nail on the head’. I am a full time student with only 2 years of experience. However, I have found that when it comes to using technology teachers/instructors/facilitators  have to be clear whether the technology is a tool for learning the content of the course or if the objective is to learn how to use the technology. 

At my undergrad university learners received hands on training for the LMS before the course began. I guess for global courses or distance courses simulations could be used.
You are not totally off- base at all……good pointers! When the suggestions you have mentioned are not taken into consideration learners who are less technical leave the course dissatisfied and are often hampered from achieving the real objectives of the course.</description>
